Room to share for emergency need

I am renting a small duplex and have a spare room. While it is pretty small, there are laundry facilities, a small kitchen and bath, all clean. There is a small table for dining and a small living area for reading or a visiting. I live across from the Catholic Church, where I am a member, I am on the walking trail and near a bus line.
We are quiet here (neighbors on the other side of me) usually, unless my adult children come for a short visit.
I would consider sharing my space, temporarily, with an older and similar female, maybe of the Catholic faith, but not necessary.
